5 was a challenge. Lots of coffee, wine with dinner, more coffee. When we sat down to watch a moview I relaized I had very little water so I tried to drink it all just before bed.0 -

No worries. Great that you realized to get some water in before bed, but hope you weren't up too much using the bathroom in the middle of the night.0 -

It was hard for me too to even drink water. I have found that if I drink a glass before I eat anything it helps and it add up to your 8 glasses a day and you want even know it. Now I am up to about 10 glasses a day0

Though i drink like 12 glasses a day.
I drink so much, yet I don't pee that much
Once your body is used to it you don't pee as much, it's just at the start you do!0 -
