 May 2nd -3.2 miles run (I'm running 5k at the mo!)

 (Darn it I swam a mile on Monday!!)
 Just noticed we're counting walking! I wrap a mile around my jog as warm up/cool down & to get to somewhere flat! Lol! Plus the walk into town is half a mile each way!

            Great idea for a challenge - I'm in - will be mainly cycling as I'm doing a 26 mile ride in June (doesn't sound much but need to average at least 13mph so will be a decent speed)
 So far:
 2nd May - 12 miles (commute to work)
 Should get this fairly easily....hopefully!!0

            Well, I started commuting to work May 1 so this isn't going to be too hard:
 Tuesday 5/1: Biked 30 miles (to and from work)
 Wednesday 5/2: Ran 6.71 miles
 Thursday 5/3: Biked 30 miles (to and from work)
 Total so far: 66.71 miles
 So, I only have to get 33.29 miles in for the rest of the month.0

 I better pick up the pace. I plan to get some in tonight working on my C25K. It is hard to believe that someday soon I will be able to go more than 2.5 minutes and still be able to breathe. I will get there I am sure. I am working towards running a 10K in November. It is our Turkey Trot and is on Thanksgiving morning. So I better get my rear in gear. Thanks for this thread to keep us all motivated.0
