    Whoops! I was a little off! I had done 89 for this week! I actually biked 418 miles this month between the stationary bike (49) and the outdoor bike (369)! Logged in every day, kept below my calories required. Total weight loss: -.8. Yep! I gained weight! Any suggestions???
