    I'm gonna try. Last month I kind of fell off a bit, because things got kinda busy for me and I was tired and often away from home, so not really getting the best nutrition and missing workouts. But this month I'm going to recommit.

    I'm doing insanity religiously and trying not to eat everything in sight haha. With the low amount of weight I have left to lose I'll be happy with 4 or 5 pounds.

    If you Google "Insanity nutrition guide" there is great 300 calories recipes that comes up as a PDF that you can print off. It is from the Insanity workouts but they base their meals on the idea that more small meals a day keeps your metabolism going hence lose more weight. I started working out and eating off of these meals last week and am down 5 pounds already. I am 5' 9", Starting weight:153, end goal weight: 135

    Well, today is my weigh in day. I happy to report a 9 pound loss this week due mostly to water weight (I was very swollen). I will definately take it though!

    Wow, several people with 2-9lbs lost already! I'm impressed. As for me, so far I'm only down 1.2, but, since it puts me Onederland (Finally!), I'll take it and be thrilled :-)

    i have been snacking after meals. i had most of a box of tagalongs, and most of a bucket of red vines in one week. im so sick with myself idk what to do i have realized what damage i have done and it is not pretty. i want to change how do i change?

    What's important is that you continue to push and pick yourself back up when you fall. We all have slip ups. Remember change is a process and it won't happen overnight. Keep at it. You can do it!
