OK, I'm joining in late, but but believe I will be down 10 pounds for the full month. I've lost 5.5 in the past week and a half or so.

I have fallen off the wagon and this sounds like the perfect solution. I recently began a relationship and am so happy, but have gained what feels like a ton of weight. Time to get in shape! I'm in!!!!!!

Hi im Mia, I have been doing the challenge already but didnt document it. So far I am down 3.2 lbs. I dont think I will meet my goal but Im losing weight so that is always a good thing.

I weighed myself at the beginning of May so I can join in a bit late....been being good the past 2 weeks, just not weighed myself.

Tmoney19 I have been monitoring what I eat fairly closely (I have had a few slip up days where I am snacking on everythingand I do mean everything). Planning a trip to Key West for the 4th need I say more (will need to wear a swimsuit:sad:). I also make sure that I get my workouts in first thing in the morning because I will make excuses in the evening. Last but not least I weigh myself only once a week on the same day (my ego cannot handle the daily weigh ins:noway:).
You have to find what motivates you and let that keep you focused.0 -
