    I LOVE Mexican food. Veggie or chicken fajitas are great options, as is chicken tortilla soup. Blackbeans instead of fatty ground beef or pork. Avoid nachos and queso. Guacamole is a healthy fat! Good luck

    For Cinco de Mayo I am doing my last long run before my half marathon in two weeks and then enjoying tacos and margaritas all afternoon... just working for it!! ;)
