    I'm close to being done with the first book and to be completely honest I am not impressed. I highly doubt I will be reading the other two.

    I keep reading hoping for the hot sex scenes that hyped this book up but so far I haven't come across it. Ana is annoying and I want to punch Christian in the head for being so accommodating and making all these concessions for Ana that are just ridiculous.

    And now that I see the book is pretty much a "fan fic" book of Twilight I totally understand why I don't like it. I read the first Twilight book thought it was ridiculous and never read the rest of the series.

    Josh from All My Children? He's not that great of an actor, I assure you. Josh was an okay character at first, but Colin doesn't really have enough depth. He was mostly around for eye candy. Then again this is porn, right? So would it be on the spice channel....or go straight to video and end up on (the website known as) "uporn"?

    i read the book. the writing was PISS POOR. so many errors. lady, GET AN EDITOR!!! no one talks like this: "i shall meet you promptly at 2pm in the foyer." or whatever. i just didn't feel like i was in the story. you know how you can read a book and get so engulfed you forget you're reading? i never forgot i was reading.

    THAT SAID...

    it was like crack. poorly written crack.

    I don't love the writing either...I feel like it's too much in her head...takes me out of the mood...
    I want to yell STOP FREAKING OVER THINKING! lmao....

    BUT CRACK IT IS.

    No 'real' dominant would put up with her bullsh*t... But I kinda like the book anyways ;)

    I wouldn't sign the contract, that's just not me, but I wouldn't mind being the one making someone sign it, though!

    ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ~ i'm a grad student and haven't been able to squeeze in any "pleasure reading" in the past month!! haha. several of my friends have read and/or are reading these books - and they are on my summer MUST READ list!! can't wait!!

    I'm on book 3, and I agree it is poorly written, but I can't put it down!!!! I would probably never sign a contract cause that's just effed up:P Nonetheless, it is a good mindless read!

    My mom actually got me to read this book and all she kept saying for weeks is "it's so sexual! I can't believe how sexual this book is..." and well, she's my mom so I thought she was exaggerating...nope, she wasn't! Lol. I'm only a quarter to half way through so I'm sure I havent' even gotten to the best stuff yet!! Personally...I don't know if I could sign it...I might want to if I was single, there sure is a lot of perks!!

    I just started them, so far not impressed.

    I much prefer the Anne Rice Sleeping Beauty series for my S&M. First book is "The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty". Give em a shot if you like it rough.

    Cherise Sinclair has a couple of series that are fantastic. The Shadowland series is wonderful. Not self published, she has an editor! :laugh: Then there are The Doms of Dark Haven...and her shapeshifter series. I so want to live in her world. Let me just say....I'd be on my way to Shadowland!!! In a hot minute~~
