Don't Like Fruits & Veggies

I have successfully put romaine, green leaf lettuce and baby spinach into smoothies without tasting them - the trick is to include at least one fruit with a strong flavor like an orange or a granny smith apple. I also add a couple of packets of Splenda to my smoothies.
Another trick is to buy powdered cooking (no sugar in it) chocolate. I bought a big bag online and sometimes dump a scoop in a smoothie.
Kale is very good for you but I just can't find a way to disguise the taste so I gave up on that. If anyone HAS succeeded please share the trick!0 -
Honestly, if you make yourself eat something every day, eventually your taste buds will adapt.0
