I confess to planning workouts around conversations with my ex-wife. Really gets the adrenaline flowing, might as well take advantage of it. Afterwards, I've had the conversation and the workout so I feel better.0

odd duck here -- No anger or ragewhile lifting weights or cardio. I am naturally very willfull and determined; and giving myself challenges and goals to meet. I experience a kind of a positive euphoria during and afterwards.0
