    Thanks everyone!! Ya I chopped off all my hair right before I started really kicking it into high gear donated it all had like 12" and LOVED it being short so much I've kept it that way LOL

    Thanks for that. I love this site because its awesome to see the success of normal everyday people just wanting to make a change in their lives and be healthy. Its really encouraging to me. I can't wait until I meet my goal. Not just because I'll look and feel better, but because I'll feel like I've finally accomplished something huge.

    Wow that is fantastic. You look great. My daughter was born in Feb. 2009. I am at 209.5 right now and I was 252 just before she was born. I am nursing as well. So I will have to take it slower so as not to effect my milk supply, but that is really encouraging. I have been heavy for so long and I'm tired of it. I have 6 children and I would like to be down to 140lbs at least. That has been many years ago since I was that size. I am motivated with this website and all the encouraging people like you.
