Walking is vastly underrated. Its amazingly good.
I agree! I began walking when I was heavier. Now, I STILL walk! I also do Wii Fit plus games which are very low impact. It's not about how much you sweat; it's just about getting that heart rate up. There are so many little things you can do!
I think a few people on my friend's list also have something called Desk Bikes. Amazon sells them for as little as $20! You can sit on the couch and use it!0 -

I take Braggs apple cider vinegar (Google it for weight loss and it will list a bunch of things it helps) I also take L-carnitine.
