    Walking is vastly underrated. Its amazingly good.

    I agree! I began walking when I was heavier. Now, I STILL walk! I also do Wii Fit plus games which are very low impact. It's not about how much you sweat; it's just about getting that heart rate up. There are so many little things you can do!

    I think a few people on my friend's list also have something called Desk Bikes. Amazon sells them for as little as $20! You can sit on the couch and use it!

    I take Braggs apple cider vinegar (Google it for weight loss and it will list a bunch of things it helps) I also take L-carnitine.
    I've never tried that kind before. I like ****ens Cider. My wife loves ****ens Cider too. It's like a thermogenic and prohormone all in one. It burns those calories away like a furnace.
    Darn word nazi killed my joke. By the way, I just finished reading Great Expectations by Charles ****ens. It was ok, but not quite what I expected.
