    Ok so I've decided that I'm officially gonna be a part of this too. My weekly goal is 7,200 calories burned. So far I've done a roughly one hour walk each day which burns 600+ calories and then I do cardio at the gym for 45 mins followed by weight training. This is the planned routine for Monday to Friday. I'll provide more detailed specs on my progress in my next post.
