If it goes into your mouth, track it. Period. :)

If you bite it, you write it.

I saw someone else on here say "If I bite it I write it." and that's my philosophy too

For salad I made a few up and noted the stats on the total and made up an average for the lot and created my own food for that.

logging every item got tedious, plus when my fingers got wet from the chopping my mouse pad would not work

If it passes the lips it makes the list! Otherwise I have no real idea of what I am consuming and where to make changes if needed or to be able to tell how healthy/not healthy I am eating.:grumble:

I log it. I figure even small amounts of calories can really add up.

Yes. I track everything. If it has calories I track it.

    I agree

I do most days. Some days, if I can only log from my phone, I'll get lazy and find a generic salad to log. Other than that, everything I eat gets logged.

Yes, I do record everything that goes into my mouth. I even record pickles because I'm also interested in learning how much sodium is in my food. I've been surprised and shocked at the amount of sodium in some of my food.

I record it all. I eat so many of those foods probably 300+ calories a day worth if not more......so why wouldn't I count them? a calorie is a calorie and must be accounted for.

I log everything. All calories count, but another reason I log them is because fruits and vegetables contain a lot of nutrients and, as part of striving for a healthier diet as well as weight loss, I am tracking how my nutrient goals are being met as well.

 My nutritionist told me that WW gives too much leeway on veggies and fiber with the points system. Just like many have said, record everything you eat - the good, the bad, and the ugly. It all adds up.
