Not sure if anyone has posted this but I found it yesterday and have also heard numerous times that hot, spicy things help boost the metabolism. So I thought I'd give it a try (recommended to have in morning):
2 cups tomato juice
3 pinches hot sauce (I added a little more since I like spicy things and zero calories)
1/2 tsp horseradish (I didn't have so skipped it, not a huge fan anyway)
Just mix and enjoy! I thought it was mighty tasty! And only 50 calories for my tomato juice
