    There was a time when I would eat that whole thing in 2 minutes flat!!

    This morning I was two pounds UP from yesterday - despite being still in a calorie deficit!

    After checking the TB website, I took in almost two GRAMS of salt. That and the sugary soda means I'm holding water like mad.

    So, although it was tasty, I think, in retrospect, that the mile-high mud pie would have been much more satisfying.
