Try Kale Chips

So I found this recipe for kale chips. Sounds weird, I know, but they taste exactly like chips! What you do is purchase as much kale as you want (it's uber cheap and healthy so go nuts). Tear off the leafy parts (these will be the chips) put it in a bowl with a bit of olive oil. Pick whatever seasonings you want. (recipe called for paprika, but I did rosemary and crushed up dried tomatoes) Mix it all together. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350 F then BAM, an amazing treat. Doesn't hurt to try

omg...must admit..I tried these on a whim "knowing" I wouldnt like them...
Holy cow...what a pleasant surprise!
Very light and airy...but enough crinkling cracking crunching to totally curb a craving for chips!!
I will certainly use less salt next time...as they shrink so much it does indeed get very condensed and needs less than you would think...
Wow...apparently kale just made a spot on the grocery list on a regular basis...will be interesting to see if the kids will be willing to try it out...
Thanks for the post....
I have been on a spicy kick lately...how bad is it that my thoughts went to...hmmm...if i toss them in srichia chili sauce and then bake...would it be like buffalo chips? LOL May just have to try that!0
