Sweaty girls at the gym-hot or not?

I think it's hot. It means they are working and working hard. And after all that is why we are at the gym. Or the reason we should be going to the gym. People who don't sweat at the gym are not working hard enough.0

yep...hot0

Someone just trying to get or stay healthy is already sexy...sweat's just part of it.0

Depends. I know I'm a girl so you aren't looking for my opinion but here it is anyways.
There was a lady that walked past me and my husband on Monday and she was soaked. Her shorts and everything literally looked like she just walked out of the shower or something. My husband was like oh that is gross....why is she that sweaty. I thought it was gross too because....well just because I did. Sweating is fine but I've never seen anyone look like that before and I've been a regular for going on 3 yrs now.
And I'd have to disagree with the other posters. I think you can look cute and I don't think you have to look like a mess when you get done with a good workout. There are a couple of ladies at my gym who are actually body competitors or whatever you call them and they always look in style, comfy, and they never look bad after a workout. In fact I heard them talking the other day about how they aren't big sweaters and never have been when working out. I don't know why but even when I run I tend to not sweat that much. Everyone is different.
Just do your thing - don't worry about what others think.
Y'all would find me disgusting lol0 -
I really do not give a *kitten* what people think I look like in the gym. Usually by the time I'm done, I'm dripping in sweat and my hair looks like a giant fuzzball of frizz. I really just don't care. I do have the courtesy to use a sweat towel and clean the equipment when I'm done though. It grosses me out more when people who are covered in sweat don't clean up after themselves.0

If your challenging yourself, you should sweat. If not, stay home, eat chips and watch porn.0

Working hard, being focused, giving it your all = HOT
Working hard, being focused, giving it your all = sweaty
The two are not mutually exclusive.0 -

I love you0 -
No one serious about their workout goes to the gym to be comfy and look cute.
Right. THe last thing I care about while working out is impressing anyone0 -
If you still look good at the end of your workout, you didn't do it right. That's all.
The time I get hit on, smiled at, flirted with the most is when I am walking from my hard work out, sweat all over, hair not looking all that great, and clothes sticking to me. Huffing and puffing, trying to get back to a normal breathing, and walking like my legs will give out any minute. And THAT is when men seem to smile at me the most. Hmmm... wonder why,....0 -
definitely a HOT...girls that go to the gym and dnt break a sweat and are too worried bout their makeup and how they look lose attention...plus im sure many guys will agree with this:
1) a sporty girl is very attractive
2) she's a mess and sweaty and exhausted and is in a terrible state after her workout and we still find her attractive...its a WIN
give the workout ur max and if any guy thinks ur not a hottie workin out is a loser0 -

I sweat when I do the latter, too0 -
If I cared about what I looked like at the gym, I'd prefer like I went and worked like a beast, rather than sat on the stationary bike on my cell phone with full makeup0
-
The ones I know say they find it attractive when they see a girl really get into their workout and work hard!!!0
-
I think hot chicks that are hot and sweaty, is hot.
Concur0 -
I'm always a mess after I work out. But I love it. I don't go to the gym to impress anyone. I go for myself and I don't consider it a work out until I'm dripping sweat.
THIS! Completely.
If you're worried about what you look like, you can't focus on the workout. Why would you pay for a gym membership and not get sweaty?0 -
hot...!0
-
Going to the gym means just having time for yourself. Who cares what the other 'hot' people at the gym think? You are going in there for YOU !
Impressions are made outside the gym; hard-work is made inside.
This^^^ I go for myself and know what ever I do there is to better my health. . .who has time to worry about sweating or not when there are calories just waiting to be burned lol0 -
hot!0

I don't wear makeup or anything and I PUSH myself, so I end up super sweaty, pits and all. You need to sweat. The more you sweat, the better you're doing it.0

Yes, same here!
I guess men find it hot because when I get hit on, it's usually while I'm working my *kitten* off at the gym; or when I am leaving the gym and my face is all red...0 -
I think you should workout hard every time you go to the gym and if you sweat then oh well, you are doing something right. If a guy won't approach you because you are sweating while working out you probably don't want him anyway if a healthy lifestyle is right for you. I personally think it's weird when I see a male or female at the gym and hardly working out. I don't want someone wasting their time and obviously worried about other people during the 1-2 hours they should be focused on themselves.0
-
hot
maybe i'm weird but i'm actually turned on by the smell and the sight, i know it's too much information but back in the days that i was visiting the gym with a lady, i actually feel the ommphh, i can't wait to go home and do the thing and do the complete...0 -
As a single guy in their late 20's, I definetley do my fair share of staring at the gym. This doesn't impact my workouts, I stare during rest periods or while doing cardio.
A girl who is cute is only made hotter when she is working out hard, lifting weights and/or sweating. It's like a girl who plays sports, what guy doesn't like that. It's a great bonus.
Keep doing what your're doing, the guys will notice (which is what you want).0 -
Not only do I look like a mess when I get done with my workout, I'm not ashamed to run by the store for a few things on the way home if needed0
-
I'm all sweaty when I'm done at the gym and I feel sexy. I actually feel stupid if I'm at the gym and I'm not all sweaty.
It's hot as long as you have a little attitude to go with it. Just keep thinking "eff yea, I survive that and burned all those freakin' calories. I am DOING this!"
HOT!0 -
I really don't care if guys think I'm gross or not, I'm not there to look hot!0
-
The kind of guy that is going to think its "gross" that you are sweaty at the gym is not the kind of guy you would want to attract. I find that I get more attention when they see I'm actually there to work, or when they notice I can squat more than they can0
-
I love this question because I always worked out hard and got sweaty during high school and then went to the gym at college and felt like a jack *kitten* when all the other girls were there with makeup on and cute matching workout clothes. Basically, You have to sweat otherwise it's a wast of your time but I understand being concious of your looks with guys there so get some dark, moisture wicking clothes, some waterproof mascara and a headband (some big stretchy headbands catch sweat and look cute) and go work it, in more ways than one!0
