    i dont no but i wish someune wood tell me how much a cup is for hellsake. it says i shoud drink 8 cups and i dont no if its glass or plastic or what sizes
    A cup is 8 ounces
    but haw do i meshur 8 ounces. do i need a speshul cup?

    No, I think you can just take 1 sip at a time and count each sip as an ounce..should work. Works for me

    Bottles make it easier to keep track of but i prefer in a glass, something about it just tastes extra crisp *shrug*

    Glass with a straw in it. For some reason it's easier to drink the entire glass with the straw for me than by taking sips. I know, odd.

    8 cups it what a cup is to you. But it usually means 8 cups of 8 oz .
