Feel free to add me. I do not go to the gym and have 2 kids and work full time. I've been battling the scale these past few weeks, trying so hard to see 190-something but I just don't think it's gonna happen anytime soon. I work out at home and run about 3 times a week.0

I just want to say that you can do it! If you put your mind to it & have the support around you, you can be under 200lb because I did it. I struggled with my weight my whole life & a few years ago I was somehow in the "200lb" category. I didn't do anything about it until I looked in the mirror & saw someone I didn't even recognized. So in January of this year I dedicated my time to being healthier because we all want to live longer right? I've lost 36lbs this year & not in the "200lb" category anymore! I KNOW if I can do it, you can do it.0
