Pretty sure it's in the Bible too, that God told Adam to pour the cereal first.0

cereal first. I have not had a bowl of "sweetened" cereal ( ie coco puffs, cap't crunch) in 10 months. I think i would probably go into a diabetic shock and be bouncing off the walls.......lol0

Cereal first, anything else is against God and the natural workings of the universe.
I think we should blame the Aussies for this poor *pour* idea!!0 -
Cereal in bowl, then milk on top. But if you're going back for seconds, odds are you have leftover milk... then it would be cereal on top.
I totally do this!0 -
cereal first... i have NEVER heard of a person adding milk in the bowl then cereal on top!! that's crazy talk :noway:0

Hard to believe that a post like this received this kind of feedback! I guess I'm just another one. Cereal first!0

My wife and I agree - cereal first.
However, we have a 21 year debate going about the sugar....
For the (very) few cereals that I like a wee bit of sugar on it, do you do:
cereal, milk and then sugar
or
cereal, sugar and then milk?
I am a cereal, sugar and then milk, because I like the sugar to mix into the cereal. My wife insists it tastes better if sugar is last.
It's a wonder we are still together.
If i put sugar on my cereal, then the order is cereal, banana, sugar and milk. No changes, no if's and's or but's about it0 -
Either milk or cereal first...
My brain just imploded...0 -
To each his own. BUT, how bout we just skip the milk? It's good dry. Pb on one side of bread and jelly on the other.0

Cereal first! That way you won't add too much milk! =p0

What kind of deviant would pour the milk first?
Cereal first is normal. It's the right way. It's the only way.0 -

Cereal came first then came milk,
so it is written and so it will b,
cast all sinners into the fire pit. :devil:0 -
Cereal first, then milk. I weight my cereal in my breakfast bowl0

I am forced by situation to add milk first (logistical nightmare of having breakfast at work) but it kills a part of me every time I do it.
In any other situation clearly milk first.
Also someone mentioned wiping whilst stood or sitting. Is it even possible whilst stood?!0 -
Milk first, then cereal. Otherwise I end up with completely soggy and ruined pieces of cereal that sink to the bottom and stay hidden till the end. I0

Lol... So true!
Cereal first ofcourse!0 -
Cereal 1st! Then you know how much milk you need! :happy:0
-
Cereal first. Otherwise, how do you know if you get the right amount of milk?
Milk first DUH!! Always have, always will!! Gotta be a big bowl too! Then I eat cereal until the milk is gone...of course I am a cereal freak and (...well before MFP that is) can easily eat 1/2 box of cereal in one setting without even realizing it. I have a couple of times eaten a whole box at once...I LOVE CEREAL!! Especially Cap'n Crunch Opps all Berries! LOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT!!!0 -
milk last anywhere else except work where it is milk first because the milk is in the fridge and the cereal at my desk (clearly suggesting I may not trust my colleagues not to help themselves).
Clearly milk last normally
Just as milk should go in the coffee cup first! :huh:0
