You cannot control where your body lets go of the weight. Work out your whole body to get your desired affects. Believe me, I tried for SO long to just lose some weight off my belly, but all of those crunches just made my muscles stronger. The fat stayed. I recommend the 30 Day Shred combined with some high intensity cardio. Not hours of the elliptical, but after the 30DS run uphill for even just 10 or 15 minutes and on non-cardio days do strength training. Eat lots of protein, you need more than you think, and lots of veggies and fruits.
