hello, I am desperate for some advice here. I am doing the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred. 9 days are complete. I have only lost a kg put that also keeps fluctuating. The problem is my androgen levels are high. So I am on my meds. So its difficult for me to loose weight. My diet is a good balanced diet. Now the problem occurs here that I am going for vacation in a months time and I need to loose a few kgs. Even if I become 64/65 I will be happy. I am on level 1 now. I will be shifting to level 2. Should I do Level 1 and 2 together for more impact. Cause my weight isnt going down. Cause my weight is like on these on the number of days.
1st day - 69.2
3rd day - 68.3
5th day - 69.1
8th day - 68.5
