I'm reading the Beck Diet Solution and highly recommend it. It has step by step ways to change your mindset and behavior around losing weight. The strategies for preventing and overcoming setbacks is really helping me stay on track.0

All the tips about small changes, one step at a time, etc. are definitely the way to go.
The other thing that's helped me is to putz around on MFP. I find some days when I'm not feeling motivated to work out or all I want to do is throw in the towel, that 15-20 mins of reading messages, posts, etc on MFP will get me revved back up again.
And yes, if you get moving and keep at it, you WILL eventually "crave" working out. NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS would I have thought I'd be "that" person, but I am now LOL
Other thing that helped me was to get some cute new workout clothes. I love my yoga pants, and I find I'm more motivated when I put them on. :P
Think of it as getting healthy instead of "losing weight"0
