    I started losing weight in February, so 4-ish months. I'm happy with that

    i am going to be 67 and am so tired of weighing in the 200's, we are never to old to want to look better. need friends to help me. i agree age is only a number

    Im in the same boat been a member for a while now but never got any friends and are at the point of any extra help and support might just spur me oneven more. So anyone one can add me i need all the support i can get.
