@snowflake954 Have you already hit the hay? My father and his brothers laughed like hyenas when they were together. I miss it sooo much. The half has not been told. They would throw their heads back and show all of their teeth. They had a couple of favorites that would get them going.

My father and his brother were carrying a car battery down the main sidewalk here in town. Just the mere fumes from the battery acid blew a lady's nylons right off her legs as she passed by. She was madder than a wet hornet. They offered to buy her a new pair but she was fuming mad and stomped off.

Next. The Wyoming wind blew another lady's wig right off her head downtown. My uncle ran as fast as he could to keep UP with it but it kept blowing further on ahead. Finally, he stomped on it and brought it back to the lady. Here you go, Mam. Another mad wet hornet.
