A small portion of everything. They're so happy and have never felt better in their entire life. I shared the Italian way, no food group elimination diets. Hi hon, just back for a couple of days. I watered my dust at the beach and lo and behold--I've got flowers growing! They're starting to come back every year. I've got lots of zinnias, morning glories, geraniums, and lots of others I don't know the names of. It's amazing what water can do. There's still an awful drought here. We're in the 90's now and will hit 100 on Sunday. It's hotter than hell.

I've got to renew my expired Italian identity card Thursday morning. I made the appointment in February. My husband and youngest son are coming too. Theirs are expired too. Millions of Romans have expired cards and offices were closed during COVID. That's why I'm in Rome. Friday we're going back to the beach.

I'm happy that you're in good company and busy with summer stuff. After a long winter there's lots to do. Think of you and the flooding. Hope the reconstruction is underway and people are able to rebuild.

I read an article on a blogger in New York that is down on the Mediterranean Diet---because people eating that way think their diet is superior to ethnic diets. I can't even. Glad your folkaronies are having success. Baci all around (kiss-kiss).

I'll keep the porch lights on for you. 💖 Come hell or high water, I always do. The rebuild will take years in some places. The page turned but there was another bison/bear incident. I found the romance and beauty of the Roman people while roaming in Rome. Who gives a rat's @$$ what they think. Who needs their approval. We've got bigger fish to fry. I'll be thinking of you on the beach and yeah, you're missed.
