    My tips have just been extreme motivation. I really don't know what made me start, but I was tired of being fat. Tired of people overlooking me just because of my size. My body didn't match my personality and I was done with excuses.

    Love this! Just put "You can have results or excuses, BUT NOT BOTH" on my bathroom mirror!
