    I am amazed in 7 months you lost 100 lbs I have never heard of such a fast weight loss. Thanks for leaving an open diary the amazing part is you did not starve yourself or go Very Low Carb or Calorie and ate regular food. You are an inspiration to me and many others. Did you do a lot of exercise to get to this point?
