If it hurts, take a rest.
I'm a firm believer that your body will tell you if you need to slow down!
Just be sure to keep a healthy relationship with exercise, I find that once it becomes a bit obsessive is when overtraining is an issue. ) Good luck though, and GREAT job! I know what you mean about the glasses of wine, sometimes I have to run an extra mile just because I know I'm going to have a beer!0 -
I usually exercise twice a day, depending what I'm doing. I don't really have two clear hours to do one big long workout. It's been working fine!
I've also just started the Billy Blanks Tae Bo - the moves are okay but it's hard for me to get into the rhythm
Don't worry you will get the hang of it. Give it a couple of weeks to really get into it. I have done a lot of TaeBo and I absolutely love it. Keep going and you will start to see and feel it really soon.0
