I've got these gorgeous avocados, and I need to use them quick.

Please- simple, quick, no red meat or fowl!

Avos are my favorite food in the WORLD. I could respond to your post all day. Here are some super quick and easy things to do:

Dice it up and throw on a little seasoned rice vinegar and salt. Consume.

Mash it up with some homemade or store-bought salsa and cilantro, and salt and pepper it for insta-guac-alicious.

Put it on eggs or inside an omelette.

    Put it in a salad.

    Put it on a sandwich.

Remove the pit and swap it for crab or tuna salad. Eat.

Dice it up and throw it in tortilla soup.

Make an avocado burrito or quesadilla (other ingredients optional, but also delicious).

Awesome, good idea with throwing tuna in the center! Gonna throw on some apple cider vinegar and that'll be dinner, thanks!

I love me a traditional Filipino avocado smoothie. 1/2 avocado + 1 T honey + yogurt + milk + ice, then blen till very smooth!
Haha NOT for picky eaters. I absolutely love it but it's an acquired taste to have them in a sweet form!

I eat two almost every day for lunch. I only have one recipe for them, but it's really good:

    1. Wash.
    2. Halve.
    3. Pit.
    4. Slice.
    5. Peel.
    6. Consume.

    Enjoy!

Recently made egg salad with avocados in place of the mayo. Add a bit of lemon juice, chopped chives and pepper. Yum.

Dice the avocado along with some cherry or grape tomatoes, cucumber, and either green onions or very thinly sliced sweet onions, then dress with 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar and a little bit of lemon juice.
