OMG THIS IS SOOOO DELISH! YUMMY!!! YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS! IT HAS POTATO CHIPS, BREAD, AND CHEESE!!!

Butter
12 slices white bread
8 large slices deli ham
4 bananas, sliced on the bias
2 cups shredded Cheddar
2 cups crushed potato chips
6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Butter a 9 by 13 glass baking dish. Butter both sides of the bread and layer 6 of them into the bottom of the baking dish, overlapping them as necessary but keep them even. Layer the slices of ham on top of the bread and then the bananas, 6 more slices of bread, then the cheese, potato chips, and bacon. In a separate bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Pour this over the casserole almost to the top. Bake for 45 minutes until brown and bubbly. Cut into squares and remove with a spatula, like lasagna

Only if you want it to be a giant salt casserole. That is so unhealthy!

What part of this has any beneficial nutritional value? Potato chips? White bread?

    SMH.

sorry, but this is just gross and disappointing to me. :-\

Have you figured a calorie per portion on this? It looks delish! I would add a bunch of ketchup to it too.

I'm sorry, but there's something missing here.

    Where is the CHOCOLATE????

Clearly this needs to be drizzled with Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup.

I don't know why people have to be so rude. If you don't have anything nice to say about someone's recipe, don't say anything at all. Not everything has to be salad and low-fat.

It's a lifestyle change, and if it fits into your calories, why not enjoy a cheesy ham and banana treat?

NO! Use the low sodium kind. Cream of celery or Cream of Banana would make this perfect!

Ok, ok. I'm sorry. I was wrong to be so judgmental.

But, I think adding some Splenda might help make this more palatable for me.

BANANAS DO CONVERT TO FAT ONCE THEY PASS THE HUMAN GULLET BUT YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE BANANA PUDDING

I think I can still hit my macros by adding lowfat cool whip on top. How do you measure a dollop?
