It's crazy to see the diversity of kryoptonite here. I could turn down a glass of fine wine SO EASILY, but put a chocolate cookie in front of me? Watch out. Makes you wonder why you crave some foods and not others.

YES! this is so true. my husband can't pass up ice cream. no.matter.what. i don't even really like it, and it's not a temptation at all for me. but he can easily do without wine, NOT ME!

I dont have many cravings... but on the top of the list is DEFINITELY dark chocolate and wine!

Mmmm sounds like heaven to me. I often keep some dark chocolate 70%-85%, and have a square now and again. And I couldn't give up wine entirely.

I have the worst sweet tooth!

Also, my friends usually want to eat out or just junk in general and it's so hard not to join them when we're hanging out.

The 'sweetie cuboard' in our kitchen, which usually has a bag of liquorice allsorts, hard fruity sweets with a gooey centre (can't remember the name of them) and, right now, a bag of midget gems...oh, they're just so tempting!

Oh, and bags of mixed nuts and fruits - I keep going back for more...tis hard to resist!

Chips and sweets. They are the only things I cannot take in moderation. I just need to avoid them as much as possible.

FOOD! ha ha, no seriously. It's icecream and chocolate. It depends on my time of the month. I can usually avoid it for ages and then 4-5 days before my cycle starts, I'm like a bear with a tooth ache and I CANNOT control the need for chocolate, I MUST have it at all costs. I've been keeping track of it as well for the last couple of months and now that I know there's a link to my craving and my cycle I'm gonna see the dr to see if there is anything we can do to help.

Me too Kim. I get it.

I can always say no to sugar, YAY, but spicy/savory foods is where it's at for me. That and I work a desk job, so that's a weakness too.

BUT I am learning to cope with my weaknesses. That's what this website is all about! :)
