Silk (soy milk) VS Skim Milk

Been debating the pros and cons since starting P90X in April and realizing whey powder is nasty with water so, since my cousin always drank it I started putting the powder in Silk. Tasted great but now I read about the hormone changes in men and I just lost my man boobs and 30 lbs and have no desire to get them back. So I am researching almond milk, non-fat milk, 1% and 2% milk vs Silk. Thanks for this thread and the options y'all have listed here. Here's to continued success and if anyone is interested in mine and my wife's success with P90X and our meal plans shoot me a message. Good luck.0

I love Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk and Silk Light Original Soy Milk. My husband loves Silk Coconut Milk. We put it on cereal every day. All of it is awesome. My five year old LOVES it all!
I'm allergic to milk so it's perfect and I actually like it a lot better. Especially the part where I don't feel sick when I drink it.0 -
My dad recently started drinking SILK instead of his normal Skim Milk... after trying one of his flavored Silks (almond dark chocolate) I must say that it is pretty good! And we are a HUGE milk drinking family... but I wondered... what is the real benefits to switching to Soy Milk? And how many of you are Pro Silk and how many are pro Skim Milk (flavored or not)? THANKS!!
try almond milk -lower calls, tastier and no hormones!0 -
I don't always drink milk, but when I do, I prefer Dos percent. Stay thirsty, my friends.0

I'm team fat free. I don't like soy milk all that much but chocolate Silk is the one I have once in a while.0
