Curious how people take their water (or other liquid they stay hydrated with).

I don't like my water super cold, it almost has to be at room temperature before I will drink it. And no ice!

How 'bout you?

Ice cold and when I get tired of plain water I add "True Lemon" to flavor it up! :)

That depends. Usually I like it room temp or a little colder, but if it's hot outside, or if I've been exercising, I like it with ice to help cool me down.

depends on how the AC is working in the office.

Usually room temp but I have been known to drink hot water, with just enough cold water to make it drinkable. (think the amount of milk you would used in tea or coffee)

I like it cold, and I have to have ice. Also, because our tap water is pretty gross, I have a brita filter thingy. I will drink it straight from the tap, but I prefer it from the water filter.

The only way I can drink 64+ ounces through out the day without getting sick to my stomach is to drink it ice cold.

Frozen. In a glass. With some jager.

I kid. I dont put ice in my jager.

    Its been a long day.

Anyways, I like my water room temp if Im room temp. If its hot outside, I want the opposite, really really cold.

I love cold water, but ONLY with a straw. I can't stand feeling ice cubes on my lips haha.

I drink it either from the tap, or with crushed ice and water (I work in a hospital, so we have that good ice you can chew on). And I carry my camelbak bottle with me EVERYWHERE. It's a bit of an obsession.

Me too, room temperature. We do filter it though. We live in a town where we get periodic notices about something wrong with the water. It has too much stuff in it and worries me sometimes. I mean heck, it comes from the local lake. It is supposed to be safe to drink, but we're a bit leery of it.

Oh, yes, I also like to drink it in a glass glass, not plastic.

I prefer cool water but I try to force myself to drink it colder because the colder it is, the more calories your body burns by bringing its temperature down!
