Anyone vegetarian?

I was a very strict vegetarian for over 30 years (and vegan for some of those) but have recently started to eat meat and fish again.
I feel much healthier after a month of occasionally eating lean meat and fish than I have felt for a very long time. I have lost weight, my skin (after an initial breakout) is better and I can now sit and enjoy sitting down to dinner with my non-veggie husband and daughter every night instead of me cooking theirs and then mine being an afterthought.
I encourage anyone to be vegetarian if it suits them, but for me, it doesn't seem to be right for me at this time. Good luck - and do make sure you make time to prepare your own meals, if you have a family it is hard as you automatically put yourself to the back of the queue and may find your diet suffers.0
