I add Chia seeds into the egg and let it sit for 5 minutes. The key to a crisper crust is after microwaving the cauliflower you have to roll it in a paper towel and kitchen towel and squeeze all of the water out of it.0

I'm sorry, and I don't want to be a hater, but the very thought of this makes my poor, departed, Noni cry. Seriously, pizza isn't pizza without crust, actual crust made from flour, yeast, oil, water and some other embelishments as floats your boat.
My wife might like this, she loves all things cauliflower, and it would be a godsend to a celiac or someone on Atkins.
Now I want Pizza and all our meals are already planned for the week...
I'm sure it's yummy but I will not cotton to such things. :noway:0
