    Not a stitch on, after going to the bathroom. The scale even measures body fat %, not to sure how accurate it is but it is a starting point.

    Mostly naked or in undies. Can't really do that for my weigh ins with my trainer at the gym...so clothes there :)

    Clothes. I use the scale at work so clothed is probably best for all involved. And I like working there too much to risk anything else.

    I weigh in first thing in the morning after my shower naked. I wait until after my shower because for some strange reason I think my body feels heavy when I first get up and start moving. I know it's silly:blushing:
