definitely naked. :bigsmile:0

Always naked, after.... going potty, clipping my nails, removing plaque from my teeth, shaving my legs and underarms, blowing my nose, and tooting.
Isn't that how everyone does it???0 -
I weigh in whatever I slept in, which is usually a sports bra and a pair of yoga shorts...So,it can't add too much. I wake up, pee, then weigh myself everyday.0

naked..... after bathroom and before water0

Weigh in the morning naked before my shower and then again after my shower just because I like to see the 1-2lb difference..lol0

It's like you know me! Yes, right in the morning after the bathroom Sometimes in clothes, sometimes naked.0

Absolutely naked! First thing in the morning before food...0

Fully clothed...well, without shoes! Oh, and only once a month.0

I use the scale at work, because I figure it's accurate (hospital). Eventually I'll probably edit my weigh-ins to reflect the extra weight from clothing, but I know it's about 3lbs difference. I always wear the same thing, and for the most part always have the same things in my pockets, so I'd rather trust a digital scale than the clunky dial scale at home.
The first time I saw 217...I stepped off and back on.0 -
Wake up - use bathroom - in my nightie (lightweight t-shirt)0

hell i get the morning paper naked...........need i say more?
This is the most hilarious thing I have read today.0 -
I used to weigh in PJs, now i do the weigh in wearing my undercrackers :bigsmile:0

I sleep with nothing on, so it only makes sense, for me, that I weigh myself in the mornings the very same way. Its just easier.0

I weigh at night before bed in one of my oversized tees that I sleep in. They all are the same brand so they weight the same. I forget in the morning before I go to work. I am much more likely to remember at night after my shower post-gym.0

when i use to weigh at home, always naked. now that i have a trainer weigh me.. i wear the same outfit every time.0
-
light workout clothes, no shoes, before workout, I weigh in at my gym. when I weigh at home it could go either way any time of day but the scale is 1-2 pounds off so I just wait till I hit the gym0

Always nakey, first thing in the morning post-pee and pre-eats. The ONLY way to do it, IMO.0
-
. i weigh as soon as i pee in the am... then ill weigh again after a bowel movement .. after my shower .. clothes off . lol ..0
-
wake up, potty first, weigh in wearing bra and panties only or skimpy night gown.0
-
Naked. After bathroom and shower, before any food or drink.0
-
naked, every 8th day from the previous....0

No clothes- that way its accurate each time. Some people say if you always weigh in clothes then it should be the same- I don't buy that, clothes weigh different from outfit to outfit- the only way that logic would be true is if you were wearing the same exact clothes everytime you weighed. So I say no clothes....0
