    Wholegrain english mustard has become a habit with my evening meals. I never used to like it.
    Also always add some salt, but I need a certain amount as I lose a lot with my exercise and avoid most processed foods.

    Lol! I didnt know other people use that chipotle sauce...I thought I was the only one!

    I put garlic salt on everything....it makes the plainest food fast amazing!! I only like the lawrys brand.

    Ground fresh habenero and onion mixed with olive oil , salt and pepper. I like my food burning sores in your mouth hot. If my food isn't spicy I won't eat it.
