I would love to be 125, but 135 would be fine... :)

5'4", started at 150, at 140 now, thought I wanted to be 135, but I'm more focused on lifting heavy so that may or may not happen :)

130ish. I can easily maintain 140 with very little exercise and a moderately clean diet (though I'm pretty sure my diet is better than most even when I'm not trying). I'm less concerned with the scale though, and more with the mirror. I seem to have a hard time finding the right balance of weights/cardio. I was down to about 128 in October after doing Jillian's Making the Cut, but then switched to Female Body Breakthrough, which tells you to ditch cardio and focus solely on lifting heavy. Not advice I disagree with, but I was hungry all the time and put on a few lbs (probably muscle)...tough to find the perfect spot!

135-140 for me. Probably closer to 140 because I believe in muscle! ;)

I'm 27 if that makes a difference but I'm aiming for 125lbs. I suspect realistically that'll make me look a bit too thin so it'll end up more like 135. Once I get down the right end of the scale it'll be more about how I look and feel as opposed to a number though so I don't mind where I end up.

I'm not sure yet! My initial goal is 145 (i.e. healthy BMI range) and then my goal after that is 135. I haven't been 135 since the ninth grade so I have no idea how I'll feel when I'm there.

I'm closer to 5'5, but I have my goal right now at 155. That's what I weighed in 9th grade, and looking back at pictures I really like how I looked then. We will see what I think when i get there if I want to lower it more of not, but that's what I'm shooting for. It will be 100lbs down from my weight after delivering my son and 124 including my pregnancy weight

I am 5'4 and I would like to get to 145. Depending how I feel when I reach that goal I would say 135 the lowest. I just want to feel bettter about myself and look better in my clothing.

Hm...I'd say my goal weight is anywhere between 125-140ish? Depending on what I look like when I get around there?

I'm 5'4", 56 years old. I started out on Jan 1, 2012 at 186, am currently 159.5, and my goal weight is 135. I managed to get down to 137 in 2006 which was a good weight for me, alas, I didn't stay on top of things and gained all my weight back.

I would say 135 is a good, healthy weight for someone my age who is post menopausal. Any thinner than that and I think I'd start looking much older than I do.

Because of a c-section when I was 37, and the fact that all my female relatives seem genetically predisposed to having excess belly fat, I would say I'll always have a tummy pouch, no matter how much weight I lose or exercise I do. My mother was skin and bone when she died at age 75, yet she still had a tummy pouch.

I'm 5'3.5" and my goal weight is 134.

I am currently 141 lb at 22% body fat which means 110 lb of lean mass (LBM=BW*(1-BF%) 110=141*(1-.22)). Assuming I maintain that, and I want to be around 18% body fat: LBM=BW*(1-BF%) so goalLBM=goalBW*(1-goalBF%) so goalBW=goalLBM/(1-goalBF%)=110/(1-.18)=134

http://cordianet.com/calculator.htm does similar calculations for you if you aren't a math lover, and it lets you account for losing a little mass. With their lossy calculation I would need to go down to 129, but based on my calculations, I've been pretty lossless for the last 5 months.
