Luna and Edy, my pit/greyhound mix.



I've had Edy (black) for 13 years and Luna for 4 years. Both are rescued pits. They were both severely beaten. Luna was used as a 'bait' dog and was eventually thrown to the streets. Both are the most loving animals I have ever come in contact with. They're awesome with my three boys and have been put through the ringer with them! I LOVE my babies!!!!!

] I have two miniature poodles and my female just had puppies one boy one girl =] I cant handle 4 dogs so they are for sale but enjoying them while I have them

Just a point... None of the international kennel club - UKKC, CKC, AKC, AusKC, NZKC or United KC (US) recognize the "pit bull" in the terrier group. According to DNA My Dog "The term “pit bull” has come to describe several types of dogs, often of mixed breed, that share similar physical characteristics. There are several AKC breeds with characteristics often shared by dogs referred to as “pit bull” , such as the Boxer, Bulldog, Bull Terrier and Mastiff. Ironic that there is breed specific legislation out there when there is not a specific breed.
