I always look at menus before I go out to eat. Just choose something sensible that is still good. Also if you do drink liquor DRINK IT STRAIGHT! cocktails with juice are double the calories! lol

It's about not letting that one cheat meal turn into 2-3 days or more of binging. If you overeat and drink one day, just wake up the next day and keep on going. Your fitness journey is life-long. There will be ups and there will be downs. As long as you never give up, you will get there.0
