    Any advice for those 5-10 lb. away from our goal weight? How'd you manage to lose that last bit of weight?

    That was the hardest. I was patient (kind of) and I upped my calories.

    I am 5'7" and currently 180 lbs. My goal weight is 150/155.
    I don't mind exercising but I have a hard time with food. Will you share what a typical day of food for you was? Calorie total?

    Yes can you share your trick?!? I exercise EVERY DAY 30 min to an hour. My issue is FOOD! I love it too much! :ohwell:

    I'm not gonna lie I eat what I want. 100 calorie snack packs have helped in place of candy bars or oreos, Splenda is my best friend 0 calories. I eat the fat free turkey it's only 25 calories a slice. Some may say splenda and diet coke are bad for you but what isn't these days there is no way I could just drink water it's unrealistic for me. And I'd rather eat my calories then drink them. I'm a huge cheese person to and I still eat it but I don't eat it near like I used to. I used to snack all the time especially at night and after dinner I don't eat unless I really want some popcorn. I stick to a 1200-1500 calories Instead of just eating what I see I think about what I'm going to eat. I just make better choices now. Thank you All
