    WOW good for you, you look amazing! Any advice on what to do?:flowerforyou:

    The things I've found most helpful to me so far are:

    1. Log and measure EVERYTHING you eat, no matter what, don't guess
    2. Get a heart rate monitor so you know what you are really burning, don't guess here either
    3. PLAN PLAN PLAN, your food, I try to plan everything the night before, that way there are no surprises
    4. Plan your workouts--make a workout schedule, put it somehwere you see it all the time and STICK to it. Incorporate strength and cardio, change it up every few weeks so your body and your mind don't get bored.
    5. Do not let a setback with food or in the gym ruin everything. Commit to yourself, set goals and work hard to achieve them.

    Good luck, find what works for you and keep at it, you can do this!

    Wow, thanks everyone again for all your compliments and encouragement. I spent the week out of town last week and got slightly off track towards the end--reset today (had a brutal lunch workout), and seeing all your support makes it that much easier!
