I make a sandwich on 100 calorie "rounds" ... a little lean turkey or ham and a laughing cow spread. Also, I've actually been impressed with the Weight Watchers frozen breakfast sandwiches.0

One egg + 2 tbsp of chunky salsa cooked in the microwave.
I put it on top of 1 slice of whole wheat toast that's been smeared with light cream cheese.
I eat it with a small glass of almond milk mixed with 1 tsp of Maltodextrin (you can use Metamucil).
Plus I drink a tall glass of water.
It keeps me satisfied until lunch.0 -
I slice up a small potato and cook it on the stove, add egg whites, and sprinkle with cheese. I eat this around 7am and I'm good until around 12-12:30. You could also add turkey bacon or low sodium ham0

have the veggies chopped up in advance - red/orange/yellow peppers, red onion, and spinach - throw in a pan to sautee (but with no oil) for a few min - add some egg whites. Cook as if a scramble and add a piece of multigrain toast and a veggie sausage patty - fast, delicious, and SUPER healthy.0
