I have worked my *kitten* off and even though I am proud to have lost weight, it's so discouraging to know that some of us will never get rid of it

Thank you everyone for your input. Something that has repeated itself in this thread is squats, lunges and lots of water. Guess I better do more with all three!0

Heavy lifting did SO much to reduce my cellulites. Believe me. Long ago, all I ever did was lots of cardio & pilates. Did that for 4 years. Didn't help that much. I'm on my 9th month since I started strength training / weight lifting and I kid you not, my behind looks far off better. Those squats, deadlift, & lunges helped A LOT!! Don't forget proper diet too.0

Cellulite is a result of bad EFA's (Essential fatty Acids). Get some omega threes and sixes and do some squats.0

I got rid of my cellulite completely. It is TOTALLY possible. I run for 3.5 miles a day and do a ton of squats. Also, cutting out sugar helps a ton :-)0

Sorry question how much is a ton of squats to you? I also am trying to help fix my cellulite. I found another one that works is dry brushing, and brush mits (the body brushes with hard tips you push on your leg and massage.

Cellulite is a reaction of loss in good omega 3 and 6, Hormonal problems, weakened skin, and sluggish lymphatic system. Try jumping on a mini trampoline often, i have hard this works as well! Cellulite can be helped but it takes a lot of work.0
