Junior Year, 1997, probably 175lbs, dress was a size 11 and barely fit:

    120 lbs. Was running about 30 miles per week. Size 4. Only girl at prom with a brown ballgown, and I loved it!

    ETA: It was 1990, so yeah. I was almost 17, and this is senior year.

    I wish I still had that dress. It was really pretty. I gave it to a high school girl a few years ago who couldn't afford a prom dress. Glad I gave it to her though. She loved it just as much as I did.

    Senior prom, 2009, 5' 5.5'' (probably 5' 8'' in those heels) and about 156 pounds. Dress was a size 8.

    I actually went to two proms my senior year, but can't find the one of me from the other one.. Someone has it, somewhere..

    The one I do have, though, is my favorite. I didn't have a "date", so I went with my best friend. She's the one on the left, in fuschia. Notice, my tie matches her dress. Bam. (Also, I was only about 10lbs heavier in this picture, but that suit is one that I rented from Men's Warehouse, so it's not cut to flatter me at all, haha.)

    [edit] I was about 150lbs, lifting and playing softball/volleyball, I was a size 10 in this picture I believe.

    I can post a picture directly later, but the picture of me in the purple dress in my profile pictures was from the first prom I went to in grade 11. That was my highest weight.

    This is the only one I have and only because my grandma is in it. I miss her so much! Anyway, this was me at about 175, which is just about what I weigh now! I was always a little overweight.

    I am a tiny person, but there is NO WAY my goal weight would be my HS weight. Btw, to the OP, you looked beautiful in both, and just as gorgeous now!

    My junior prom picture! I was 4'11" (that is a 5 foot tall bookcase I am standing next to) and my date was 5'9" with heels. Let's just say we did not dance close too much because my face was even to her (o)(o)!

    I'm in the light blue dress. We drove my 64 Commet to Junior Prom! :)I was 120lbs. :smile:

    Size 10 1960's vintage dress, would be an 8 these days
    5'7" 155 lbs I thought I was a cow LOL...

    I never had an easy time staying slender, I had to work hard at it, diet a lot and workout a lot. I always always weigh more than I look as well. So 155 I probably looked 135 so that's what was frustrating for me...I have big feet/big bones, curves and muscle...so I weigh more. I'm down 22, cannot wait to get down another 20...then another 20...

    I gained my weight via thyroid issue and dieting too much. I actually did the wrong things for my body so I did not gain my weight being sedentary and eating cake although it would look like it. I am so over it, I'm ready to be svelt, thin, curvy, athetic again.
