You look fantastic. Size 4. I can't ever imagine being that size. Size 8 would sound good for me.0

Left was my 6th year prom (two years ago), right was at christmas. Sadly put on like a stone since christmas though ):0 -
1983! I weighed around 120...had a 23 inch waist and wore a size 3, was 5'4". And I thought I was fat! I bet alot of you did too. btw...i made my dress...yes that is impressive And don't ask me what happened to my eyes...maybe the Chinese in me taking over the Hawaiian.
Love your dress! You looked wonderful. Didn't we all think we were cows?0 -
I LOVE that dress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1990, 5'5.5" and maybe 100-105 pounds. Size 2 dress
No, I don't want to be that small again.0 -
back in 2008. chunky!0 -
I went to two proms in 2007. My best male friends, and my own. My own stunk since my boyfriend at the time ruined it for me (got in a fight with friends, refused to let me rent a limo and drove us in his beat up pick up truck and made us leave after 15 minutes there). My best friends prom was so much fun though so least I had one good experience.
I'm 5'2 and was around 140lbs there. I think my dress was a size 8.
That dress is gorgeous!!!0 -
SO I think this was like the best post ever! I love looking at all these pictures!!!0

I was 17 yrs old. This was at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO I weigh less now!
That's so cute! I think my husband had prom at the Broadmoor too.
I went to prom at the Broadmoor.. Junior prom. Great now I need to go dig up my pictures!0 -
I'm bumping this thread, because my senior formal was in the 1990's and I think I have some photos with big hair and flicky eyeshadow that'll make you all really jealous.... just gotta find them. :laugh:0

This is from either Homecoming or Military ball my senior year Fall 2000
This is his senior prom (we went to different schools) Spring 2001
This is my senior prom Spring 2001
Its funny, but I was the same weight in all of these about 110-115ish, but either because of the way I was standing or the dress itself I don't look that skinny in the red dress. I was in ROTC so lots of running, push ups, sit ups, marching with rifles etc. I had also passed the Naval Academy fitness test that I took in case I decided to go there. In the end I got a scholarship for college ROTC and did that until I injured my knee in training and had to leave the program. I do NOT look the same now 130 lbs heavier, I wish I could be that low again although after 2 kids and my age I would be happy for 130 if I can get there. Fortunately for my other half he doesn't look much different just a little older and less hair and maybe 20-30lbs more but he was super scrawny back then and he is tall so it spread out alright on him.0 -
I was probably 120lbs.. My prom date is my now husband:)

Senior prom 2002
Senior Year 2002
I was a size 40 -
Whew! It took me forever to get this together, but here are some pics of me from high school, graduation and prom.
Junior prom - 1996. The dress was supposed to be a size 24, but I had someone in town hand make it. It was a disaster and barely fit my belly. It was supposed to have sheer sleeves, but she made them according to the pattern and they wouldn't fit my huge upper arms, so we had to rip them out and the gold beading under the arms left me with huge chubrubs and bloody chafing by the end of the night.
Senior prom - 1997. For refernce, I think I was about a size 24 (largest on rack size they carried at the bridal store where I got my dress... on sale for 89$.) My friend was about a size 10.
More of a full body shot from 1997 Senior prom.
High school graduation - 1997. My grad gown had to be ordered in such a large size (width wise) that my grandmother had to cut over 6" off the bottom and 4" off the length of the sleeve and the sleeves still covered my hands when I stood up straight. It was one of the largest sizes they had without having to special order it.
Me today - the most recent is on the right at size 16/18 & 237 lbs.0 -
My friends gave me hell for it, but I took my cousin. We had a great time. I love it when work sends me her way, and we can spend time together. She's really special. I love that she's my cousin, but hate it at the same time. Know what I mean? :blushing:
Ok...is EVERYONE going to ignore the awkwardness of this post?!?!?!?!?
Who hasn't wanted to do their cousin? It's not like it's his sister...0 -
This is dated 2006!
I was 130-140 and I'm only about 10 - 15 lbs from that. I did a TON of exercising and suffered from an ED so I'm happy with my current weight.0 -
I went to lots of proms, but here's two of them. Hubby's senior prom in 1993
and my senior prom in 1994
both years I was probably 130lbs (I'm 5'6") and I think a size 6, that's the size I want to get back down to, but I'll probably be closer to 140 lbs since I'll have much more muscle. My mom made my dress for my prom.0 -

Senior Prom 1990 says it all. LOL My friend & I are both wearing the same dress.
5' probably about 120 or 125lbs. I would guess. No idea what size that dress was, but sure wish I could fit into it now.
Couldn't post the one with our dates, but it was like a mullet family reunion (scarey)
Apparently, I can't post this either.0 -
There we go. I'm the one with the fabulous choker. LOL0 -

I wonder if this posts
I just posted my first picture today, took me quite a few tries, but finally got it.
Go to www.photobucket.com & start an album. Roll over the picture you want, scroll down menu comes up...last choice is IMG code, click the box, it will say copied. Paste it in your response. I had to change the IMG to img though, don't know why. Good Luck!0
