 I am the disaster queen of cooking.

I've decided to give it a try, dough is resting.

    I added dried Chilli too!

    WISH ME LUCK!

Why not just buy corn tortillas? They each only have 50 calories and you can buy a whole dozen for .50 cents?!?!?

Heck If I could find tortillas for that little calories, in a pack that size for that price, id be buying them too!

Unfortunately nothing like that here where I live in Brisbane :(

made these tonight in bulk (12 tortillas) and they were super yummy! unfortunately they were a little too small for what I needed them for (enchiladas) so I ended up buying some for dinner. But I think these are perfect for a little snack wrap or lunch.

I made these the other day to test them out.. needed to add just a tiny bit more water to keep them from being crumbly.
that being said they were awsome! I used them to wrap up my own eggy borrito. used one as a sandwich wrap. I rolled them out nice and think so they were the size of the small flour torillas you find in a store but so much fresher and way less calories!!

Tonight we are making turkey tacos, so making a nice batch of these for the whole family! Thank you for sharing!

(although when i plug this recipe in i get it at 50 calories so Im wondering which flour the original recipe calls for anyone know?)

    Ingredients:

    1/8 Teaspoon Salt
    .5 oz Water
    1/4 Cup Flour
    1/8 Teaspoon Baking Powder

    Servings: Creates 2 Tortillas (1 Tortilla = 1 Serving)

    Nutritional Facts:

    Calories Per Serving: 41.25 cal
    Fat (g) per Serving: 0.00 g
    Carbs (g) per Serving: 8.63 g
    Protein (g) per Serving: 1.13 g
    Sodium: 32.50 mg

    Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Dough should combine in to a single ball. If this doesn’t happen, add a little more water incrementally until it does.
Cover the dough with a wet towel or cloth for ~15 minutes.
Split dough into two balls. Roll into round shapes.
    Flour the counter.
Take each ball and roll out into a very flat circle.
Take each circle and place onto an ungreased skillet.
Cook over medium heat until tortilla starts to show brown spots.
    Enjoy!
    Thanks!
