We'll put that *kitten* on ANYthing!! I once had a co-worker who regularly ate cheddar cheese cubes dipped in bacon flavored ranch dressing for lunch. Usually with a bag of Doritos, also dipped in the goo. So gross. I haven't touched it since watching that hot mess in action.0 -

My roommate in college and her brother would argue about what restaurant we were going to based on the ranch they served. "Oh, theirs is too runny/spicy/thick!" It was hilarious and weird. But I agree. Americans love our ranch. I know I do.0 -

After some thought I decided to birch this idea with the wife. So I told her that since I'm all fit now, I don't think we should be mahoganous anymore.
She nearly kicked me in the walnuts!

I don't call it giving up though. It is better choices. The low self esteem thing is a give up I want to love me and be happy in my skin. That is part of it for all of us isn't it? And if it isn't that makes this road all the harder to travel!0 -

I am ashamed to say I used to eat McDs once a month. The other 2 things I gave up was large portions of rice or noodles.0

Now that I read this, I cannot remember the last candy bar I had. One or two small cookies here and there just because the stuff is sitting around all the time. They say some foods affect your brain like heroin, chocolate being one of them. Maybe I finally broke that addiction.0 -
